Photographic Palate in Taste Asia

Posted by Jun in Blogging, Events

Taste Asia at SM Hypermart Mall of AsiaMy tongue remembers.

Oh, the anticipation as the fork pried the soft piece of morsel from the bamboo shell. A slight tremor as it traveled from plate to mouth.

Suddenly, an explosion!

The rich mix of tausi sauce was just right. Dripping, oozing from the exotic elongated shell - a magnificent delicacy with a distinct flavor all its own.

Is that how The Puck and Rachel  would describe it? I am not a food blogger and like 99% of people, I am not trained in the nuances and language of culinary and gastronomic arts. So I’ll just resort to being me and describe it in terms everybody will understand.

Hmmmm…. Mmm.. Mmmmmmmmm! MMMMMMM!

Buuuuuuuuurpp… (covers mouth)… Excuse me (sheepishly as hand reaches for drink and gulps. Lots.).

Ahhhhhhhh.. (relaxes and leans back)

Sarap!
