Photographic Palate in Taste Asia

My tongue remembers.
Oh, the anticipation as the fork pried the soft piece of morsel from the bamboo shell. A slight tremor as it traveled from plate to mouth.
Suddenly, an explosion!
The rich mix of tausi sauce was just right. Dripping, oozing from the exotic elongated shell - a magnificent delicacy with a distinct flavor all its own.
Is that how The Puck and Rachel would describe it? I am not a food blogger and like 99% of people, I am not trained in the nuances and language of culinary and gastronomic arts. So I’ll just resort to being me and describe it in terms everybody will understand.
