God Given Best friend- Our siblings.

Lucky are we who have siblings we can play with, laugh with, argue with and support with. Siblings bond is beyond unbreakable. At the early stages of our life, we grow up together with them and interacting with them at almost all aspects in life. Sealed with love and that something that is far stronger than any other relationships. We may have a number of distinct personalities and identity which can sometimes be the cause of misunderstanding, yet at the end of the day, blood will always be thicker than water.

Sibling relationships have been known to be the longest-lasting relationship any man could ever have. They play an important role in the process of molding us into someone we will soon turn out to be. On the ongoing chapters of our lives, distance and conflicts may keep us from seeing or talking to them, but whether we want them or not, our siblings are forever.

This is my first ever photo shoot with my new Nikon D3000 DSLR camera. These two kids are siblings from Malaybalay, Bukidnon. They are Joseph Danielle and Mary Lawrence. The following images are post processed using Adobe Photoshop 12.1 and Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 3.0.

It was also my first time using the software Adobe Photoshop Lightroom. Though, I am very familiar with Adobe Photoshop, these two software are very much different from each other and they both have different function. I first enhanced the raw files in Adobe Photoshop. Using the Auto Tone and Auto Contrast feature, I was able to get the correct adjustment for my images. After editing in Adobe Photoshop, I then exported those images to Adobe Photoshop Lightroom. Using some of my pre downloaded presets- particularly the Matt’s Sin City- Dark Red preset, I was able to come up with the images below.
