A Dog Is Man’s Best Friend – Jovikdd the Pit Bull Terrier

Last time I wrote an article about our dog Radish, a Japanese Spitz pup. Now, this article is about our other dog named Jovikdd, a Pit Bull Terrier breed. A dog of authority, passion, and endless willingness. Pit Bulls are known to be really strong and well-built. It has always been mistaken that these dogs are people-hater or even worse, people-eater. What most people don’t know is these dogs are pleasant, entertaining, extremely loyal and a very loving family pet. They are very eager in pleasing their masters. Although they have their normal tendencies of violence towards other dogs or animals especially if it is not raised with them, this is their way of showing that they are always ready to protect their masters.

These pets are one of the intelligent guard dogs in the world. Even though they can be friendly to humans, it can also sense when something is going wrong. Pits are highly protective to their owners and will brawl an enemy to death. They are normally healthy although some of them are prone to grass allergies and congenital heart disease. Pits live up to 12 years.

A Dog Is Man’s Best Friend – Radish the Japanese Spitz

Dogs – these are the pets I would always want to have and keep. They would make me feel comfy, they bring out the childish and playful side of me, and they even help me forget my problems and take out the stress I am having. Some dogs may be too much playful that they tend to bite you unintentionally, and you began to worry about your scratches but in the end, you would still choose to care for them and love them.

Personally, I have a lot of dogs but this one is different because it is our first petite sized dog. It is a Japanese Spitz breed which I got from a close friend. My family named her Radish since our last two dogs was named after spices (Ginger and Pepper). Everyone in our family and even relatives and friends adores Radish since it is so tiny and looks like a miniature wolf. Radish stands with its paws on the fence of our door with her tiny cute head above the fence every time we arrive at the house. Radish would be silent in a moment with its ears standing when she hears the sound of the engine of our car or our motorcycle coming. It’s amazing how she recognizes the sound of our engine when thousands of engines almost always sound the same. Whenever my parents would take her home, I would always look forward to Friday because I know I’ll be seeing her again. Sometimes I would ask them if she can stay with us but they refused. I was amazed with their reason; it’s because Radish makes them happy and keep them company.
